Huh?

So I'm standing in the copy room making some copies, and I notice the writing on the toner cartridge. Under the ingredients list is a box that says "contents partially unknown". How safe is this? What could those unknown contents possibly be? I think this label should be used in the food industry as well (like on, say, every food item at McDonald's!).
